Warren Burt

Composer, writer, computer musician


Warren Burt is a composer, performer, video and computer graphics artist, sound poet, radio producer, writer, etcetera, who is mostly based in Melbourne, Australia. His compositional interests include microtonality, algorithmics, physicality (involvement of the body in computer music), acoustic instrument building, and using the entire continuum from good to bad taste as a compositional parameter. John Jenkins has written a more extended biographical article on him and his work.
